Kings Lynn Town v Leiston - Match Preview

By Craig Cooper

Blues head to Norfolk as the games keep coming thick and fast

Game 23/42.
Leiston head to Kings Lynn Town this weekend looking for more points after a 2-1 win at Lowestoft Town on New Years Day. Kings Lynn are currently 3rd in the league while Leiston are 9th, five points behind Kings Lynn. Earlier on in the season, Kings Lynn defeated Leiston 5-1 at Victory Road. Matt Blake put the Blues into an early lead that night, but goals from Adam Marriott, Chris Henderson, Ryan Hawkins, Michael Gash and Michael Clunan gave the visitors a deserved win on the night.
Leiston have played Kings Lynn Town Reserves on numerous occasions in the Eastern Counties Premier and First Division between 2001 and 2011. The Reserves are now in the same league as Kings Lynn Reserves.
Stuart Boardley still has Dominic Docherty and Robert Eagle out injured, while Ashley Nicholls is unavailable for the match.
