Match Preview
Game 13 of 42. The Blues face an unbeaten Biggleswade Town side tomorrow afternoon in what is a match between 5th and 4th place at Victory Road. As well as being unbeaten in the league, Biggleswade beat Harrow Borough in the Buildbase FA Trophy last weekend. They came back from conceding in the first minute to score two goals in the last ten minutes to win 2-1. This is a first meeting between Leiston and Biggleswade Town.

Biggleswade were formed in 1874, and founded the Biggleswade & District League in 1902. They won their respective Step 5 league (Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division) in the 2008-2009 season. They earned Step 3 football in 2013, going up from the Southern League Division One Central. That season they come fourth, and went on to beat Godalming Town 2-1 in the semi-finals before beating Rugby Town 3-1 in the final. They reached the FA Cup First Round Proper for the first time in their history in 2014, losing 4-1 at Stourbridge.

The Blues meanwhile will be without Seb Dunbar tomorrow due to suspension. Stuart Boardley and David Head will be eager to get off to a good start, and Leiston will be looking to build on good recent victories. This is the first match of five at home in all competitions, with three cup matches to follow Saturday's match for Leiston.
