Patrick Brothers was making his 350th appearance on Tuesday night against St Ives Town.

Patrick Brothers made his 350th appearance on Tuesday night for the Blues against St Ives Town. He helped set up the first goal for Christy Finch in a 2-0 win on the night. Patrick first joined Leiston in October 2010, making his debut away at Stanway Rovers. He has played vital roles which has helped Leiston to important wins over the seasons, including the Ridgeons Premier Division title in the 2010/2011 season and the Ryman Division One North title in 2011/2012. He also won the Suffolk Premier Cup with Leiston at Portman Road last season, as Leiston beat Bury Town 3-0 in the final. In his 350 matches for the club, Patrick has scored 31 goals. Only Stuart Boardley, Joe Jefford and Blake Saker have played more games for Leiston since the club joined the Eastern Counties League in 2001. Let's hope there are many more appearances to come for Patrick in a Leiston shirt.
