Blues travel to Walsall to play 15th place Rushall Olympic

The Blues make the trek to Walsall this weekend to play Rushall Olympic in league action. Leiston are 10th in the league, five points off the play-offs.

Stuart Boardley will be missing Harry Knights (suspended), Dominic Docherty (injured), Ashley Nicholls (unavailable) while Jake Reed is playing for the Reserves. Rob Eagle and George Keys will both be in the squad though with Tom Bullard and Matt Blake having late fitness tests. Christy Finch will make his 150th club appearance tomorrow if selected.

Rushall sit 15th at present, picking up 29 points from 26 league games. Rushall were formed before the War but were then re-formed in 1951. They won the Walsall Senior Cup five times, the most recent coming in 2012 while they have won the Staffordshire Senior Cup three times, the most recent coming in 2016. They have reached the Fourth Qualifying Round of the FA Cup three times in their history without ever playing in the first round.
