Leiston will have an A team in the SIL next season, who will play in Div 4 which will comprise 13 teams. Home games will be played at Alde Valley Academy.

The A team will provide a great platform for the club's under-18s players, who play midweek in the Thurlow Nunn Youth League Central, to be introduced to adult football.
