Game 34/40
Leiston are at home to Berkhamsted tomorrow afternoon as they enter the final few game of the season. The Blues have dropped to 13th in the league table and suffered a disappointing loss to Felixstowe & Walton United in the Suffolk Premier Cup.
It is just the second game between the two sides in their history, after Leiston played Berkhamsted in their only other meeting to date in August in just the third game of the season. The game ended 0-0 with both sides having chances to take the three points.
Berkhamsted were promoted last season from their respective Step 4 league and are currently bottom of the Southern League Central Premier. If Leiston win tomorrow and other results go their way, they would confirm their Step 3 status for another season (13th in all).
There will be supporters player of the year slips handed out tomorrow.
