The Blues are delighted to announce that Armani Schaar has agreed a deal to join the club for the 2016/2017. At 19 years of age, Armani is without doubt one of the most exciting young talents in the county. A former Tottenham Hotspur Academy player and a renowned football freestyler, Armani joins the Blues having played last season at Felixstowe & Walton United in the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division where he was their second top scorer.

Leiston Football Club Director of Football, Trevor Elmy, said on the signing “We watched him on a number of occasions last season where he impressed us with his touch, vision and speed and we are delighted that he wishes to continue his football development with Leiston FC”

Armani had this to say after signing “This is a great opportunity for me to progress. I am looking forward to working with Glenn (Driver) and Tony (Kinsella) and see this move as an exciting challenge in the next phase of my football career”.
