Young defender signs his first contract with the Blues

The Blues are delighted to announce that young defender Harry Knights has signed his first contract with the club. After making his debut earlier in the season, 18 year old Harry has already featured in several step three games and has impressed everyone at the club with his performances and his contract award is just reward for his efforts.

Blues boss Glenn Driver (pictured with Harry) said the following;

"It is fantastic news having a young talent like Harry sign his first contract with the club. He is a smashing lad who is always looking to listen and learn. Having already played in two behind door friendlies for Ipswich Town is shows the potential this young man has. It also shows that no matter the age we will give young players the chance to play at the highest level. I would personally like to congratulate Harry and both myself and Tony (Kinsella) look forward to continue to work with Harry and his development at the club."

Congratulations to Harry from everyone at the club and we wish him continued success.
