Blues defender Seb Dunbar agrees a new deal

Blues defender Seb Dunbar has agreed a new deal to extend his stay at Victory Road for a further two years. Seb (pictured with Director of Football and Secretary Trevor Elmy) had a fine season last season providing regular consistent displays that enthused the supporters so much so that he ended runner up in the Supporters of the Year poll behind winner Matt Blake. The former Ipswich Town, Bishops Stortford and Bury Town defender signed his deal last week as the squad strengthens further ahead of the new season which starts on Saturday, August 12th.

Blues boss Glenn Driver had this to say on Seb's new deal;

"Absolutely delighted to see Seb extend his contract for a further two years. Seb was without doubt the best left back I saw the whole of last season. He is very good on the ball, reads the game well, gets forward, supports and defends very well. I'm really looking forward to working with Seb again next season and beyond. He is a crowd favourite and I wish him well."

Good luck to Seb from everyone at Victory Road and we hope for continued success for all parties.
