Diss Town 3 Reserves 2

Despite scoring first and last, the Reserves tasted defeat in their opening game of the Thurlow Nunn League Division One (North). Matt Rutterford opened the scoring but the hosts levelled just before half time. Diss then opened up a two goal advantage after the hour mark and despite Will Oxbrow’s late goal, Paul Bugg’s side were unable to claim a point.

The Reserves are next in action on Tuesday as they travel to newly promoted Felixstowe & Walton United Reserves.
