Leiston drew 1-1 at home to Royston Town on Saturday afternoon, thanks to a late Ben Fowkes goal on 84 minutes.

Royston took the lead on 70 minutes through a Joe Iaciofano penalty but Fowkes’ strike, the Blues strikers 15th of the season, ensured that Leiston came away with a point but dropped to 11th in the table. The side also ended the game after Eddie Jackson’s late red card.
