Fraser Alexander put the Blues ahead before Alvechurch went close to an equaliser in the first half.

Chances for both teams were really hard to come by in the second period but Jamar Loza netted a brilliant second goal, cutting inside the area to shoot into Ronnie Hollingshead’s bottom left hand corner. Late on, substitute Richard Batchelor netted from close range but the Blues held on.
