Leiston drew 2-2 with Ipswich Wanderers on Tuesday evening at the Flannery Stadium.

Lee Harrison’s side took the lead through Josh Shanks on 25 minutes but Wanderers levelled from the penalty spot seven minutes into the second period.

But Leiston retook the lead on 57 minutes when a really good passing move ended with Oscar Wynne rounding the keeper to net before Ipswich Wanderers again levelled on 77 minutes.

Leiston had chances to win the match but both sides settled for a point.

Lee Harrison’s side now host Mildenhall Town in their next game next Wednesday, in the FA Youth Cup Preliminary Round. KO 7.45pm.
