
Leiston fought back from two goals down to defeat Wroxham 5-3 at the Flannery Stadium on Tuesday evening to enter the hat for the Second Round Qualifying of the FA Youth Cup.
After conceding two goals in the first twenty minutes, Ollie Long grabbed a lifeline in the 38th minute while Stan Horne headed home two minutes after the break to level the tie.
Jack McLeavy put Leiston ahead before Long added his second and Leiston’s fourth just after the hour mark.
Stan Horne sealed the Blues place in the next round on 84 minutes although Wroxham completed the scoring with their third goal in the 90th minute.
Thanks to the Blues supporters for their support on the night in a gate of 67.

The draw takes place for the next round on Friday afternoon at FA Headquarters.
