LEISTON lost 2-0 at home to Kings Park Rangers on Saturday afternoon in the Thurlow Nunn First Division North.

The Blues had a penalty early on but it was saved by the away keeper and ex-Blues player Danny Cunningham curled home the opener from a free kick.

The away side added a second after the break but Neil Smye’s team can be pleased with their efforts.

The team are back in action next Saturday when they travel to Wivenhoe Town in league action.
