Leiston host Royston Town for their third home league game in nine days this afternoon on the first day of 2024. Everyone at Leiston FC would like to wish everyone a happy new year.

Royston were formed in 1875, and are the third oldest club in Hertfordshire behind Hitchin Town and Bishop’s Stortford. They have played at Garden Walk since 1932.

FUN FACT: - ‘The Crows’ furthest ever FA Trophy run was in 2019-2020, when the side reached the quarter-finals losing to eventual finalists Concord Rangers.
