The Blues completed their sixth of seven pre season warm up games with a 3-1 victory at the Nest in Norfolk on Tuesday evening against Gorleston.

Harvey Sayer opened the scoring after just seven minutes for Leiston as the Blues dominated the first period.

Adam Mills then netted a double late on in the second half (82 and 84 minutes) to secure another win before Gorleston scored in stoppage time.

Chris Wigger’s side play their final friendly on Saturday when Lowestoft Town visit the Flannery Stadium, kick off 3pm.

Leiston head to Leicestershire to play Anstey Nomads in their season opener on Saturday 8th August.
