LEISTON’S home clash with Stamford this Saturday will kick-off at 3.03pm.
The change of time is to support the National League’s 3UP Day of Action, as the National League looks to seek a third promotion place to the League Two.
The Trident Leagues (Isthmian League, Northern Premier League and Southern League) are all supporting the Day of Action and have changed all fixtures this Saturday to kick-off at the later time of 3.03pm.
That means 104 games, 208 teams across 12 divisions who stand in solidarity with the National League’s 3UP campaign – which already has the backing of its 72 clubs and 93% of supporters across the football pyramid – is aiming to gain a third promotion place into the EFL.
Currently there are only two promotion places available. Since the two promotion places were introduced back in 2003, no title-winning club has evern been relegated from the EFL the following season.
