Blues look to strengthen and develop Club's emerging talent

LEISTON Football Club have officially announced changes to their senior teams' management set-up, with former joint first-team boss Darren Eadie heading up a new role as Head of Football Strategy.

Darren will have a club-wide remit, working closely with the management teams at first and U-23 level. His experience and eye to detail will be vital for the Club as we continue to recognise the emerging talent we have at our disposal, with Darren overseeing individual player development.

Dave Williams will take a larger responsibility for the running of the football side of the club, while chairman Andy Crisp will focus even more on the commercial and business opportunities.

Ryan Jarvis will have a new role as player/coach alongside Head Coach Lee Norfolk and First Team boss Chris Wigger.

For the Club these are exciting appointments, as we continue to build on the opportunities afforded to us through not just our first team's position, but also our ever-expanding youth policy, all aided by the experience and skills we have at our disposal within the Club.
