OLLIE Saunders has left Leiston.

The Blues defender made his debut for Leiston back in 2019 and made 177 appearances in total during his time here. He has joined Needham Market.

“I want to pass on my thanks to Ollie for all he has done at this club during his tenure with us,” chairman Andy Crisp said.

“Loyalty can be rare in this game, but Ollie has shown us plenty of that over the years. We wish him well. He is always welcome at Victory Road.”

The Blues are now just under a month away from the start of pre-season.
