"We are obviously all excited for what we hope is going to be a great night of football," Harrison said.
"Everyone around the Club is buzzing and the team are ready to showcase themselves in a big game. I must say all of the coaches have been excellent, everyone has contributed.
"I know the fans will give us fantastic support. It will be a real boost for us to have a good crowd in attendance."
The Under-18s defeated Aveley in the Third Round Qualifying of the competition on a dramatic night in Essex, where Leiston won on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
“Getting to the First Round Proper is some achievement for this group and I’m delighted for everyone at the Club," Harrison added.
"Aveley was a big test, they played some decent football, we knew they would, but in the end we stuck at it and deserved our win."
Under-18 players Nathaniel Copping and Ollie Long have already had some first-team experience this season and the team as a whole has made an impressive start to the season.
Harrison added, “Last week we managed to progress in the Under 18 County Cup. It was another good step for us as we look to retain the trophy after our triumph last season."
If Tuesday night’s game ends level after 90 minutes then the tie will go to extra time before the game could be decided by penalty kicks if the scores are still level after 120 minutes.
