The Blues moved up a place to fifth in the league table as the played what could be their final game of the 2025/2026 campaign, after defeating Walsham-Le-Willows 6-2 at the Morrish Sports Ground on Thursday evening.

After going a goal behind early on, Krysztof Michta soon levelled before Ollie Long and Stan Horne got in on the act as Leiston led 4-1 at the break.

In the second half, Long netted a second while sub Ashton Rayworth also got on the scoresheet. Walsham also got another goal in the second period as Lee Harrison’s side won their 8th league game of the campaign.
