OVERVIEW
LEISTON are on their travels this weekend when they head to Lincolnshire to face Stamford writes Craig Cooper.
The Blues 1-1 draw against Stratford Town last weekend means that Chris Wigger’s side are now 10th, but there is still a lot to play as the season ventures into the last six weeks of the campaign.
There are no injury doubts ahead of the match for the Blues, aside from Harvey Sayer who has a broken wrist.
Stamford are third from bottom but have picked up seven points in their last five league games. Overall, they have taken 30 points from 31 games and are just two points outside the relegation places now.
Earlier on in the season, Leiston beat Stamford 3-0 in Suffolk. Two Adam Mills goals and an Eddie Jackson goal helped the Blues to three points on Saturday, 15th November 2025.
