Leiston host ‘The Glassboys’ tomorrow afternoon in league action after Tuesday night’s home victory against Needham Market. The win lifted the Blues up to 4th in the league, although Leiston have played more games than teams around them at present.
Stourbridge were in the lower regions of the division for the early part of the season but have rose to 13th in the league of late.
Leiston have played Stourbridge just four times in their history, conceding 13 goals and scoring just once.
Leiston should be close to a full squad available at their disposal, although Jamie Eaton-Collins and Adam Bailey Dennis are doubtful.
The club will be holding a minutes silence for Margaret Spall, wife of Vice President Barry, who sadly passed away last month and also Rememberance Day.
Barry will also be presented on the day with a 50 year service award from Suffolk FA. Barry has been involved with the club for 62 years, first playing for the club in 1959 and going on to play over 700 games for both the first team and reserves.
