Leiston have played Rushall five times before in their history, drawing just the once and losing four times. In 2018/2019 season, Leiston went down 1-0 at home and 2-0 away while a season later, the Blues lost 6-0 in the Midlands and drew 2-2 at home just before the first Lockdown as they came from two goals behind. Last campaign, they went down 1-0 to a late goal at home on the openly day of the season.
Leiston’s last seven matches in the league at home have all brought wins after drawing to Royston Town and losing to Redditch United respectively.
Apart from Jamie Eaton-Collins, Chris Wigger and Darren Eadie have a full squad to choose from. Leiston host Stratford Town on Tuesday night and finish off 2021 away to Lowestoft Town on Monday 27th December (3pm kick off).
