The Blues Reserves will remain in the Thurlow Nunn North for the 2022/2023 season. Sheringham and Harleston Town were promoted while Wisbech St Mary were relegated to Step 7 football after finishing bottom last season. Peterborough North End have moved to a different league. AF Sudbury Reserves, Cornard United and Haverhill Borough have all moved across from the Thurlow Nunn South while Holbeach United and Heacham are promoted from their respective Step 7 leagues. Swaffham Town were relegated from Step 5 football last season.
